How To Use

MaxiMulch should be spread on the area to a minimum depth of 50mm (2”). It should be raked to form an evenly distributed level layer over the bed. Each bag should provide sufficient coverage for over 1.5m2 at the recommended minimum depth.

The blond colour will fade to a pleasing earthy tone.

No maintenance is necessary unless the cover is disturbed in which case this can easily be rectified with a rake. Over time MaxiMulch will begin to degrade and rot down. This can take up to 5 years depending on the location and conditions. The area can be topped up as and when required simply by adding more MaxiMulch. Alternatively, the decomposing material can be removed to the compost heap before starting over with new MaxiMulch.
