Are HotPellets Eco-friendly?

HotPellets are the environmental alternative to fossil fuels. They are made from blended sustainably sourced timber and waste wood residues.

Are HotPellets easy to use?

Modern pellet stoves and boilers are just as programmable as conventional boilers. They therefore ignite and perform in the same way. HotPellets are automatically metered into the stove or boiler as required from a larger holding hopper within the appliance or located close by.

Can I store HotPellets?

HotPellets are extremely easy to store regardless of the size of appliance. Whether bought individually by the bag or pallet, the bags are easily stacked and stored. For larger installations bulk bags are ideal as they have lifting loops for ease of movement and a discharge chute for efficient emptying. Larger users can also have bulk deliveries with HotPellets blown into the storage silo.

What sort of delivery access do I need?

If buying pallet quantities all you require is good access and level hard ground for our lorry to offload the pallet using a tail-lift and pallet truck.

Are HotPellets efficient?

HotPellets have a very high heat output. Because they are so consistent in terms of size, composition and moisture content, the burn performance is always the same. This maximizes the performance of the appliance.

How are HotPellets sold?

HotPellets are sold in weather resistant packs that can be recycled after use. You can buy a single pack which contains approximately 20kg of 6mm HotPellets. We also sell a quarter, half and full pallets. Or for larger quantities you can buy 1000kg bulk bag of 6mm HotPellets loose filled in weather resistant bulk bags with a tie-close top skirt enabling the neck of the bag to be re-tied to keep the HotPellets in good dry condition during use.
