How do I pay for my order?

It's really important when you use your card to pay for your order that you make sure you enter your address and telephone number exactly as they appear on your credit or debit card statement from your bank. This helps us with that all important online security check and therefore helps to prevent delays in processing your order.

What is Sagepay?

Please note that Recycling Resources does not retain your credit card details in our database. To take your payment, we use Sagepay to verify all credit card transactions and billing details. Sagepay is a secure payment gateway that ensures your personal details are safe. For more information about Sagepay, please see www.sagepay.com

Making an Online Purchase

While browsing this website, select the product you wish to buy then add the product to your shopping cart. This can be done by clicking on 'Add to Basket' on the specific page for that particular item. When you have finished shopping click "Checkout" on the 'Shopping Bag' page and follow the onscreen instructions.

Can I pay by any other method? 

Payment can be made over the telephone using a credit or debit card. We also accept payment by cheque sent to Recycling Resources Limited, Units 9 & 10 Kirkburn Industrial Estate, Kirkburn, Driffield, East Yorkshire, YO25 9DU. (Please note payment by cheque requires approval by us in advance of our acceptance of an order or delivery of goods).

Credit accounts are also available subject to prior approval and satisfactory references.

Making a Purchase by Telephone

Just browse the site and note the reference numbers of the products you wish to buy. Read the Terms and Conditions of Sale, then call our Customer Services team who will take your order by telephone.

We will ask for a few details before we accept your order. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Debit. All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom using a credit or debit card, your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency on your credit/debit card statement. Please note that we only deliver to the UK.

VAT and Other Taxes

All product prices shown on the Recycling Resources website and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT at the applicable rate from time to time. You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered.
