We promise to deliver quality products, in good condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges and restocking fee). Simply return the unopened product with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.
