We’ll call you!

If you’ve ordered by the pallet load we aim to deliver within 2 to 3 days. Our carrier will call you the day before delivery to make sure you’re going to be in when they arrive.

About the pallet?

Our pallets will weight about 1,000 kilos for a full pallet and 500 kilos for a half and they’re delivered on a 7.5 tonne truck.

How we get them off the truck?

Our trucks have tail lifts, so we need to make sure that the drive isn’t too steep to operate. If you’ve any doubt call us to check – 01377 229495

How we take them up to where you need them?

The truck driver will use a hand pumped pallet trolley to pull them, so it can’t be too steep and we need clear access and we can’t pull them over soft or rough ground. We will try to accommodate your requests to put them where you want them but at worst we’ll leave them in suitable place as close too where we can get the truck. If you have any problems call us!
